- This drug may cause drowsiness, so patients are advised to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery while taking this drug.
- Duloxetine may cause a drop in blood pressure. Therefore blood pressure of the patients taking Duloxetine should be regularly monitored.
- One must avoid heavy alcohol use while taking Cymbalta because this may cause severe liver injury.
- The amount of sodium in the blood can drop while taking this drug.
- Duloxetine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
